The value for money at this hotel is incredible. With rooms priced at just 22 EUR per night, it's hard to find a better deal. The staff here are friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. They even make fresh coffees for guests in the morning without needing to be asked. The location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk from the old city. You'll find everything you need right on your doorstep, including large grocery stores, pharmacies, and outdoor bars.
Everything was great.

Very friendly management staff, could not do enough to assist and guide us where we should visit. Spacious room, especially liked to open plan shower Also very close to the old city, just a short walk across the bridge.
Breakfast was ample but prefer a buffet style breakfast rather than a pre-ordered type.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the beautiful old town of Plovdiv on foot. There are plenty of shops, cafes, and banks nearby, ensuring that everything you need is within reach. Plus, just across the street is the famous International Fair Plovdiv, adding to the hotel's appeal.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic.

The wonderful friendly attitude on arrival at reception. Everybody was so anxious to give us advice on where to visit, dine etc. The location is perfect and just about 5 mins walk to the old town. There are very good restaurants very near the hotel. They organized a taxi to the Airport and also negotiated an excellent price. We will def return to Plovdiv which is a beautiful historic city and we will be staying in Hotel Nord again.

Guests can enjoy a lovely view of the city from the balcony in some rooms.
One minor drawback is that the wireless internet connection can be unreliable at times.

The manager Petko and his staff were excellent and very attentive, Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel itself was also immaculately clean. They even arranged a hair appointment for me and accompanied me to the saloon so that they knew I had got the right place. Breakfast was adequate and lovely I like the fact that you picked your breakfast from a few choices which meant everything was freshly prepared.
The only thing I can really think of is I would have preferred tiles or wooden flooring in the room but that's my personal choice, The carpets after 6 years are getting a bit old and tired looking which in fact made them look grubby.

We liked everything! The room was great - excellent value for money much nicerthan expected. The breakfast was good, the location is fantastic- jsut 10 mins right to the heart of hte centre, and over a pedestrian bridge os a scenic walk. Nearby is a good restuarant called Happy which is a bulgarian chain and does a great selection of food. #Staff were fantastic and sleep was very comfrotable and undistrubed by any noise.
It was slightly difficult to locate, the taxi driver wasn't very familir with the street and we didnt know how to say internatioanl trade fair centre in bulgarian!

Great Value, Perfect Location, Friendly Staff. My friends and I had an amazing city break at this hotel. the price was incredibly affordable, and we were close to all the major attractions in town. the staff was very warm and welcoming, making us feel at home as soon as we walked in. We enjoyed the complimentary shampoo and hairdryer in the beautifully maintained bathroom. the location was perfect, as we could easily walk to the old city and beyond. There were also many restaurants and shops nearby.
Inconsistent Housekeeping, Basic Facilities. Unfortunately, there were a few negatives about the hotel.
